Netanyahu has rejected suggestions that the United

States was pulled into the war with Iran, insisting President

Donald Trump made his own decision.

Speaking at a news conference, Netanyahu said does anyone

really think that someone can tell President Trump what to do?

He added that the conflict would continue for as long as is

necessary. His comments come after

President Trump said there are no plans to deploy US ground

troops in the region, while maintaining that American

operations are ahead of schedule.

But beyond the battlefield, the global economic impact is

becoming increasingly visible. Gas prices have risen sharply

across the UK and Europe following the missile attack on

Qatar's Ras Lafin energy complex, a key hub for global

liquefied natural gas exports. Qatar's Prime Minister described

the strike as a very dangerous escalation by Iran, warning of

broader consequences for energy security.

Earlier, President Trump issued a stark warning to Tehran,

urging Iran not to carry out further attacks in Qatar.

In response, Iran's foreign minister said the country would

act with 0 restraint if additional strikes targeted its

infrastructure, signalling the risk of further escalation,

particularly around critical energy facilities.
